use the search command and check the w203 forum. its discussed into detail countless of times. the setting is NORWAY!!!

you need to have your dealer change the country version of the rear SAM to netherlands setting.

Just keep in mind that if you switch to the NORWAY setting, you lose the PANIC function of your remote key. Most folks, however, don't consider this to be a loss.

I tried all of the settings and netherlands + norway both loose panic function when you get the chirp. You should know all the facts first.
