need help!!

I have a 95 c280 and I read this post "I have had it inspected and was given NO guarantees that the engine light would stop coming on once it was "fixed" Finally removed the associated fuse because the light would go on about every 60-80 miles and ake me nuts. Light still goes on on occasion even with no fuse, but it goes off within 5-10 minutes. There is no performance difference when the light is on. Simply none" and I just wanted to know what fuse he pulled and where I can find it.

The CEL is not fused for obvious reasons. Some part of the emission control system has a problem. For example, running too rich because of a bad MAF or O2 sensor will burn out your catalytic convertor if you have them. Since I don't know where you're located I can't be more helpful.

located on the side of the transmission. Necessary to drop the pan to replace, so might as well throw a new fitler in there while you're there.
