central locking not working
I have a S500L AMG and recently the central locking stopped working. neither the remote nor the dash switch will lock or unlock the car. Any suggestions as to what would cause this?

Locking system in MB's is a vacuum system. Mine in 2002 E320 failed in 2 doors and dealer repaired leak. Subsequently had no problems with it.
Yours might be a central pump failure (which generates the vacuum pressure). Take to a dealer to fix I suggest.

thanks mate, I managed to buy a new pump (the one under the seat) and install it myself. MB wanted $3000 just for the pump, must be the import tax? but the new pump I bought for $500, go figure.

A/C Blower Motor Sound
Hey all,
I have an ML 320 1999 with a loud a/c blower motor. There are 4 - 5 positions inside to adjust blower speed. Position 1 -3 sounds pretty normal. Whe you get to 4 -5 man this things sounds like it might have an engine...pretty loud. Anyone know anything about this or have a clue?
Thanks,
Mike
