Flooded CLK350 - advice required

I have found 2007 CLK350 with 25 000km on it. It is storm damaged vehicle. It is going to go for auction, repairable write off by insurance company.
It is not mobile.
Water has entered the oil, as it is white when i checked the dipstick.
You can tell water was up to seat level.

What do you guys think is it worth of buying? It would be easy to change all fluids and clean interior ground up. But i am worried about electronics, ECU, airbags, etc.

Is it worth buying? Any similar experiences? What damage water can do to it?

Thanks

Not worth it.

Ask your insurance man if it's insurable.

It remains true and always will--there's no such thing as a cheap Mercedes.

well it is worth about $60 000 AUD, if i can get it for for around $15 000. And lets say i spend another 15 000 on it. I reckon it is great buy.
But just worried even $15 000 would not make it start up and run properly...
