need help replacing wiper arm 99 C43

Hello all,

Need help with wiper assembly. Outer tip of wiper has lost contact with window so does a poor job cleaning. Dealer says arm has lost tension and needs replacing. Also recommended replacing linkage/motor/etc. He said there are 3 parts and all should be replaced at same time. Total cost $1450+Tax!!!!

I know I can find the arm assembly somewhere for much cheaper, and could most likely do the work myself. My questions are, where can I find a manual to aid in my replacement (other than $85 for Bentley on Amazon), and do I need to replace all 3 parts of the wiper system together? Also, what are the 3parts so I know I'm ordering the right ones? The Arm (wiper transmission?), motor, and linkage? I'm assuming they are all the same parts for the W202 C Class?

Any thoughts, ideas much appreciated. Only found 1 link in forum that was related......
