I hear a lot of trash talk about obtaining parts on Ebay. I do it all the time and have not had a bad experence.
I bought a MAF unit for my daughters ML55 AMG on Ebay for $51 and it works perfectly. Lots cheaper than any other place. PM me if you need to know the seller.
