Hearing a humming noise while driving

Hearing a humming noise while driving
I have a 1999 c280 sport. Today I changed:
1) all 12 spark plugs
2) complete oil change
3) oil filter
4) new tranny mount.
Everything I changed was dirty super used up and I think never changed.
It drives great it just makes a humming sound, kinda like a race car. I was wondering if this could be caused by all the maintenance I just preformed on the car. Im thinking its driving better now and the noise just comes with it?
Could someone give me some info on this please. I want to make sure its nothing to be worried about.

Are you sure you used the correct oil and the right amount?
