Aftermarket TPMS Sensors?

Aftermarket TPMS Sensors?
Anyone here have any experience with using aftermarket TPMS sensors?
I say aftermarket, but the sensors are actually branded as Dill or VDO or Siemens. My 06 SL needs a set of new tires, and I think it would be wise to replace the TPMS sensors at the same time. Dealer wants $255 per sensor (#0025407917), but I've seen Dill/VDO/Siemens sensors for around $70 each online.

bought some from tirerack $200 for a set of 4. they seem to work fine.

Dill, VDO, Siemens are probably the OEM suppliers - so probably the same exact item.
