Tires balanced but car still vibrates, what else can it be?

I have an 08 W221 that has 22"s on. I did a road force balance but the car still vibrates at around at certain speed. I don't have the stock rims to test it but the tires and rims are brand new. They are hubcentric and confirmed that everything is checked out on the balance.

What on the car itself can cause the vibration beside the rims/tires?

Go back to the previous wheels and dump the 22"abortions.
