c 200 all warnig lights flashing

c 200 all warnig lights flashing
hi all,have a big problem...(c200 2001)
i was driving and suddenly all the warning lights start flashing(visit workshop),after i arrived home and turned the ignition of and tried to start it again it didnt start for me
the ignition comes on but that it..it wouldnt even try to start a starter...
made the short connection to a starter and it started the car but the warning lights are flashing..and the worst part of it is that the gear knob is stuck as well...(maybye the computer blocks it)
so i cant even drive it to the garrage..i think its something wrong with computer..but not sure about that...
did someone ever had a problem simillar to this?or have any ideas how to get it going?
i tried to reset computer through the instrument cluster..tried to disconnect the battery and connect again...nothing had helped...
