Clk500 C32 M3
Given that they are around $50-60k, which would you rather have if you were looking to buy. I am undecided, the clk500 is very new and very nice espically with the keyless go and v8, the c32 is sweet with 349hp and a handbuild engine (which makes it unique) and the m3 is manual and now has SMG!

1- The CLK500 would look very nice with the AMG body package and the dual exhaust borrowed from the CLK55. 
2- The M3 everyone has it, too common.

I just went through the same thing, and I went with the clk500. I agree that the m3 is way too common. I went with the clk because (in my opinion) its a much better car overall. Although I am a big speed freak, I gave up a little speed for more luxury and I don't regret it one bit. There are many other reasons, but to cut it short......the clk500 would be best. Best of luck!

CLK55 all the way. But - I'd rather go with next years (could be MY 2005) C32. It'll go up in displacement, different nose and of course more power.
