It became available in 2006 and would have been on all 2007s. A factory, or possibly aftermarket, scanner will verify the coding as 'Present' and read the values of the speed sensor at the rack. It's more subtle in the W203 vs. W211 or W212 - but the feedback as the speed increases is a better driving experience.
