Comand 4.5 programming bug

I believe I have found a solid, recreatable software problem in the comand 4.5 code.

How do I report it to Mercedes?

My gut tells me that my dealer will not know how to communicate the problem to the right people at Mercedes.

New car with comand 4.5....do a bluetooth link of the iphone 4 (connected or not connected to the car by wire). Then go to media and bluetooth. You will have the option to link to last bluetooth device....select that option. Comand shuts itself completely off. When you turn comand back on manually, you are now linked to the iphone 4. This was recreateable a number of times on different days..

However, at some point, comand learned that I wanted to connect to my iphone 4 and now it is working as it should....it now no longer powers off.

The problem is, of course, that "link to the last bluetooth device" should not power off comand.

Note: most will not want to link to their iphone via bluetooth because there is a full media interface in the car. However, I do for a couple of reasons. The cable in the center console is too short so that I must keep my iphone in the center console. I prefer the iphone sitting in my drink holder so that at stop lights, I can pick it up and check mail or whatever....and I can do this with a simple 2 ft USB to iphone cord (ebay) which has the added advantage of letting me keep the top of the center console closed and still have access to my iphone. I have also found that when there is a weak connection, holding the phone up so that the antenna is above the level of the metal (windows/hood), can help....and I can't do that with the built in iphone cord. Finally, with the Bluetooth link to the iphone, I can pause or stop whatever is playing from the comand console....and I can't do that with the iphone interface unless I switch away from the iphone which is stupid. (As far as I'm concerned, this is bad programming by Mercedes but not a bug, just bad design)

A second bug in Comand 4.5

issuing the voice command "enter intersection", a new command to comand 4.5, does not work. It is unable to find the second street in the intersection irrespective of whether you say or spell it.

I tried everything tonight...and it found the first street just fine....but did all kinds of strange things when trying to recognize the second street in the intersection. It is an easily reproduceable bug....and the enter intersection command just does not work.
