Can someone illuminate me as to whether the control knob which handles scrolling and selecting menus in the Comand system ,,has a disable scroll function,,meaning turning the knob rather than pushing it .Right now mine is only allowing me to push it ,,,and it wont scroll by turning..It used to work ,,,and now it doesnt.Help me

 

warranty will cover it ,i have had a few come in for the same thing ,new one will fix it
