GLK350PX

I have a 2012 GLK350. The front passanger window is out of alingment in it's track. The M-B dealers have to remove door pannel and re-align the glass. Has anyone else seen this? Just doing the re-set using the window switch will not re-position the glass, it is fully out of alignment, it was not installed correctly at the factory in Germany is what I am thinking.
