Which part do you need? If it the motor part, then you probably have to replace the whole thing. If the antenna is bended or whatever, you can replace that part pretty easily and cheap.

The motor is completely functional, as are the gears. The problem is with the antennae - it's not bent, but it appears there is a cable or something inside the case that should extend and retract the antennae. That's the part that is missing.

Oh, that would be easy to replace. Have someone sit inside your car, push the antenna button up and hold it there, while you unsrew the nut that hold that antenna, and let it comes out all the way and pull the white plastic wiring out. Get a new one, reverse the steps. Hope this would help. I replaced mine because it looked aweful! It was bent, and part of it stucked.

I think you hit on my problem. There is no white wiring that comes out when I do this. How can I replace the wiring - get a new antennae instead of the whole unit?

Replacement Mast
As indicated in the previous reply, there is a white plastic piece (looks like a pigs tail) that looks like it has "gears" on it that pushes up the metal mast sections. This white plastic piece is flexable as the antenna motor has threads inside that engage the "gears" to push the white plastic up/down to raise/lower the mast.
As the motor pulls the white plastic down it curls into a small circle inside the motor housing. If you took your mast out, and there was no white plastic piece then most likely it is broken and inside the motor housing.
I have not done it, but it would seem that you need to take the motor housing apart to get the broken white plastic piece out, before you try to feed the new white plastic piece in that will be attached to your new antenna mast. If you try to feed the new white plastic piece in, it will probably jam when it hits the old one stuck in there. You might want to wait to get other feedback before you take the antenna motor housing apart as someone may have another suggestion.
