VIN Decoding help

I dual posted this in the W126 area with no response so I hope that someone here will be able to help.

I have tried my EPC account to no avail, russian sites, etc... I am using linux and even booting into windows gets me "no data found".

So, I am hoping that someone here may have a worldwide epc and wounldn't mind sending me a data card.

Thanks much , Tony

VIN is : WDB12604412006287

How can I tell if this car has factory LSD and though it has an AMG kit on it can we tell if the factory put it there?

Thanks in advance, Tony
