MAF Reads 0 ONLY at idle!!

MAF Reads 0 ONLY at idle!!
Hello,
is it normal that the maf is reading zero only at idle, and figure updates while accelerating, but goes to zero again in P or N? its new maf (and several have been changed in last month) and all do the same!! and if i turn of the car and turn it on again (when in operating temp) rpm fluctuate a bit then settles, and the P0102 comes every now and then!!

Just a guess on that engine, vacuum leaks may a recall or two.
