2012 w204 command weird error! shows japanese textbox?

C350 4Matic Coupe
2012 w204 command weird error! shows japanese textbox?
car has only 4000km...command screen will turn on and show Benz logo as if starting up. then shows black screen with this text!
radio still works but i cant seem to function anything (obviously)

any thoughts? tried all sorts of resets . all dealerships are closed for the next few days =(
