Another Airmatic Post
greetings folks:
I'v been intro'd to the merc heritage in the form of a 2001 s320 -100k mile and it been nothing short of disastrous
Among the list of parts replaced, includes both front wheels -wishbone/control arms
a day after the replacement,the 'airmatic visit workshop' malfuction pops up [jus when I was thinking at least I was spared the airmatics]
Since this has happened after the wishbones replacement,I'm wondering if theres a connection?
It is worth noting that the car passed the diagnostics done during the repair works,all clear.I have done some reading ,if there were a leak, it seems,would have been obvious during a lift,however I'd witnessed the lift to inspect the underchassis and on setting the car back it was at the same height at least visibly.
However,I've also noticed that if I dont use the car approx 3 weeks,it sinks completely - is that normall?
Hope some of you can point me in the right direction.
