Unhappy Brake problems....

Has anyone had any problem with their S-Class? I have a S430 and for some reason the rear left brake disc sounds like their scratching/griding when I drive. It goes away when I press the brake and it comes back when I release the brake. I have taken my car to the dealership twice and the last time they couldn't find anything. All they did was clean the brake disc b/c it had some rust on it. Can anyone help me?

One thing I can think off, is the that the parking brake assembly needs overhaul. There are brake pads, springs and a metal plate holding the assembly which can cause noises, which disappear when the brakes are applied. The other option are the bearings which may be worn. When the brakes are applied the whole thing may center and the noise is vanishing.
