my 06 ml 350 is not running. Dealer first said it's the balance shaft and i need to replace timing chain and spart plugs for 1370 but came back recanted i need engine # 3 and 4 no compression cost 13k. 100k in mileage out of warranty. Can't afford dealer. Should i get rebuilt engine and from what type of car shop or sell as is for how much? interior and exterior is otherwise in very good condition
