I have a 2009 - w204 C180 BE. Of recent months it has developed a bit of a gearbox issue. Some times the cars starts revving over 4000 RPM, and the gearbox hold the gear. At the very same time the step shift becomes no functional. No warming light comes on. I have take it twice to a mercedes dealership in South Africa where by both times they could not find a problem. They just reset the gearbox and engine so I would stop hounding them, however, the problem is back again.

Any advice?
