e320 cdi oil in intercooler problem
i have a e320 cdi 2002 thats started to drip oil from the joints of the rubber pipes going to the intercooler im thinking the oils getting in there because the rocker cover breather has blocked and causing excess pressure on the turbo seals allowing oil to leak into the intercooler, has anybody else had a similar problem with oil leaking from these seals and if so what was there cure as this has sprayed oil onto the drive belt causing it to snap and put my daily drive off the road all ideas will be most helpfull thank you nicola.

work now underway degreasing sludge all made worse by the pcv breather depositing oil into the air pipes leadinging to the egr should run much better cleaned and the egr disabled an oil catch can to keep this happening again and an ecu remap to add a bit more power and increase mpg.
