HELP! ntegration incompatible ERROR (W204)

Exclamation HELP! ntegration incompatible ERROR (W204)
I have a 2012 c300 with the P1 and ipod integration and have the OEM plug; I am trying to connect my 2nd Gen Ipod touch and it keeps comming up incompatible ERROR; but it is charging my ipod. I have also tried to use my iPhone 4 as well and getting the same error. I am just trying to listen to my music HELP Please!

I believe there is an updated cable that works with older ipods and such. Check with your dealer.
