2006 C350 4MATIC
Please help me identify this pulley on my 2006 C350

Hello everyone. I am trying to identify the part number for this smooth pulley (not grooved) on my 2006 C350 4MATIC USA model. It had rust and paint flaking on it so I disturbed it one day by rubbing my finger on the rust and then I coated the rusty area with white grease. The pulley began to squeak immediately after this. Any ideas why? Any way to stop the squeak without replacing it?

Anyhow, I am trying to locate a part number so that I can get it replaced. I think the part number might be 272 202 14 19 but I have no way to check to make sure. I am attaching a diagram of my car and a pic of what the pulley approximately looks like. I think that this might be the pulley with the big long bolt that holds it. Please let me know the part number and where to get one online. Thanks.
