Collision Avoidance, Toll tags false warnings

Anyone heard of the collision avoidance warning giving false alarms? I wonder if my toll tag with it's rfid chip might be affecting the system. The tag is currently mounted just under the rear view mirror. I have a new 2013 ML350.

Thanks

i wouldnt think this would affect distronic as it is operated by doppler and is no where near the rear view mirror.

My 2013 ml350 gives a false alarm each morning, as I cross over the 14th street bridge into DC. I figure there must be some sort of bomb detecting hardware embedded into the bridge that sets off my warning.
