rear os fog light unit - w208 clk 200 1999 model lhd
i have a lhd w208 clk 200 99 model which i am importing into the uk having owned it since new. have changed the headlamps. have also converted the speedometer courtesy cluster repairs but now have to ensure that the rear os fog light works to pass the MOT test. purchased a used unit through ebay from a rhd model which has the bulb holders and connections fitted.
my mechanic has tried running wiring across from the ns fog light unit but when turning on fogs, the fuse blows!?
Can anyone help or suggest how i rectify this problem, without me having to visit a mercedes garage?
