Hello I have 08 c300 w204

I changed my parking light (all four) to blue light few days ago

today i checked and noticed that none of the lights worked,

so i tried to change, but when I took the cap out I saw all the lights were broken to 2 pieces, so the bulb side are all stuck inside.

but that is not the only problem, I tried to see if it works with my original light, and it doesn't seems like theres connection problem also..

does this happen when the lights burnt out?

if I want to fix this from shop, how much would it cost me?
