R230 PSE pump keeps pumping all the time
Hello,
I have an R230 SL350 2005 with very low milage and it has a problem with the PSE pump. The pump keeps pumping as soon as I unlock the car and open the door. It will run continuously from then. It sounds like a heartbeat. If I leave the car sitting for a number of days I keep getting a flat rear battery (even the brand new one I installed last week). I have had Merc scan it for me and it had a stored fault saying vacuum leak in the seat (doesn't say which one) probably drivers. I assume it is for the lumbar support bladder.
Any tips on how to remedy this problem? Thanks in advance.
