please help
hi guys i hope some one can help me with this i have a 2002 c180 coup w203 auto the other day i ad a flat battery got it drop tested ad a dead cell so brought a new one put it on the car the next day battery was flat again i took the fuse out for the stereo as i put a after market in chargre battery over night this morning i got i car put in drive and it jerked i then drove off but noticed it was not chaging gear also the w/s switch not work i only have park/ reverse/ netrual/ drive nothing else please help as this is my first ever merc thanks paul

Answer
My best advice:
Take this to the MB dealer for diagnosis.
It could be a bad alternator or one of several modules failing..
If the battery was jumped or charged while attached to the vehicle, modules may have been damaged.
It is also likely the vehicle requires reprogramming with the dealer scan tool.
