W211 almost stalls, hesitates.
Hesitates intermittently at slow speed (i.e.: partking lot with speed bumps). Could it be SBC brakes or adaptive transimission? Is it normal? 
Would the "lack of power" bulletin P-B-07.00/28a apply? Reason being it has a section concerning "2-footed drivers".
