Looking for a wiring harness retrofit company

Anyone know how to contact kabel daviko? I haven't heard back on any of my emails regarding a halogen to Bi-Xenon wiring harness for a 2011 E350 (A207) Merc. I'm also looking for an alternative supplier if you can suggest one.
