Replace blower regulator
Can someone tell me if this is an easy job to do as I'm planning to try to do this myself on my 97 E420. Any information & advices will be greatly appreciated.

The blower motor and blower regulator is conceal in one unit, under the right dash (passenger size). I'm not sure nowaday, dealer will sell you the regulator by itself (it may make you to buy the whole unit). If that's the case, just ask to buy the regulator for model 140, and hook it with your unit, it's all the same.

Search on the forum, this's quite a comon problem for Benz. The whole set may cost 6-700, while if you buy the regulator for the 140 and hook it with your unit, you'll save substantially.
