hi everyone I am new to the forum. I've had a clk 240 for 5 fault free years. it's a 2003 model. now cannot close glove box latch seems jammed. it's obviously been a problem to others so could the magnificent Malcolm or anyone else please help me so I don't have to buy a replacement from the dark side. first try the lock on the glove box itself and see if its working properly , a screw driver can do the trick ... if its working the your problem is with that metal thing where the lock should hold on too ...
i had a similar problem with a customer car , the solution was simple i just had to pull that metal thing out and i could hear it get in its place again and taht was it ...
