C300 2008 Automatic Does Not Park!!!1
I have an 2008 C300 with an automatic transmission out of warranty 75k Miles. Sometimes when I put the car in the parking gear it will not lock! The car could be turned off and rolling down hill in the parked position
. It does lock most times, sometime it just does not! I am forced to use the emergency brakes everywhere I go. I took it to the dealer, but the stupid car won't replicate the issue. Please help.

if you try to press the lever up towards the p position does it engage sometimes ??
it probably just needs adjustment at the transmission end .. the lever is sitting in the park position and it displays the (P) , but it is not engaging properly at the transmission , the metal wire connecting the lever to the transmission might need a little bit of adjustment
