Need transmission advise, what’s my next step?

Ok so like so many before me my 98 ML320 went into limp mode with a check engine light. Pulled the codes and had 2, PO700 and PO715. Vehicle has 212K miles on it. So far I have pulled the valve body and the conductor plate was broken and cracked, I replaced it. While I had it apart I checked the 6 solenoids with 12v and they all clicked I also replaced the plug receptacle. I drained the torque converter and replaced with new Mercedes fluid and filter. Got it all back together and it is still in limp mode. I read a little more and I pulled shifter out and disassembled it, outside of 36 cents and a whole lot of dust bunny’s it doesn’t seem to have any water or liquid damage. The check engine light came back on and now I only have 1 code the PO715. Is there a separate turbine speed sensor? If so where is it?

Yes it drives, D (2nd) gear and reverse with no banging or clunking between them.

It has got a separate control unit for the gearbox, check it for oil contamination, as this can happen, on the passenger footwell behind carpet

Is there an electrical schematic for the pin out of the conductor plate? Something that will tell me what resistance or voltage should be on each pin to ground?
