HELP!!! Need help replacing headlights on my 2001 CL500 Sport

Hi,

I finally got the new set of Bi Xenons for my 2001 CL500 Sport, I got the 2 mouthing screws removed and loosen the whole assembly but will not come off the car, not enough room for the headlight assembly to slide off.

Do you need to remove the bumper? or is there a trick to removing the assembly.

thanks

RH

The Front Bumper Must be removed to Replace the headlites
Also You MUST reprogram the Version code to Xeon Present
The MB Site will help you step by step ..Its the same as the

Needs advice... Just got back trying to replace the headliamps...more

I finally got the olg HID lights out try installing a new ones, run into a problem with connectors.

On the old ones - there are two connectors attach to the lamp assembly. One long connector - main and the other 2 pin connector.

On the new ones - there are 3 connectors - One long connector - main - same as the old one, the 4 pin long connector, seems to power the turn signal and the high beams- no wiring for it

And the 3rd one - 2 pin connector that goes to the fog lights, connector itself is a different design....

What do I do??? Is there a wiring harness adapter of some kind or shoudl I just give up this project?

thanks for any help !!!!
