anyone here has experiencve with MB manhattan service center?
and any good or bad experince ? or a good mechanic

John King is my Service Manager. And, regardless, he seems to have cared about my Benz issues.

The good thing: They are located in Manhattan.

The Bad thing: The wait and the wait for an appointment. Currently, it is about a month to call in for service. They do take drive-in with a problem anymore, and if they do, you will still have to wait the month.

If you go there early, you MUST make sure your name goes on the Van list, so the van can drive you anywhere you want. If you check in, without your name on the van list, then you must wait until the van comes back - Ugh.

The service here is much better than MB Greenwich. (Had they had a lower price, I would have purchased the car from MB Manhattan).
