OBD2 Mode 6 definitions? Readiness Monitors? P0171 ?

OBD2 Mode 6 definitions? Readiness Monitors? P0171 ?

Ok, so trying to get pass Cali smog.
Had a bad cat, replaced it.

Then intermittently getting P0171 ie lean condition and sometimes it clears itself.
Could not get the car to "Ready" status


Using "Torque" on my android I'm able to see the Mode 6 diagnostic data.

Here's what I'm getting:
