2008 ml 550 2010 E63 AMG

Hi Question on E63 2010 AMG,

At HI way cruising speed 115/ 125 Kmh Cruise control on, Transmission seem to be searching for lock up or a lower gear .
Is this a normal somewhat jerky lock up condition, 80K kms on car.

Also a creek in the Panorimic roof, is there any fix ?
