GL450 power steering problem

Hi, my GL 450 (2009) has a power steering problem. When my car is cold and just started, the steering works normal. Normal means I can turn the wheels smoothly while the car is not moving. However, after driving for a while (until my car is not cold), I cannot turn the wheel while the car is not moving. I still can turn the wheel once car starts moving. This problem makes parking impossible if I had to move back and forth to park.
Can you help to identify some possible problem points?
Thank you.

When its warmed up and the steering is stiff . Just put it in park and push the gas a little , let it rev up and see if the steering gets smoother ... if it did then you need a new pump

Yes, exactly. When I increased the RPM, the steering gets smoother. It must be a power steering pump then. Thank you for your response.
