Hello all. This is my first post here in the forum and i would like to thank all for all help provided. The forum is a treasure problem solver and your experience very valuable!
Now, I would like to describe a problem i am facing with my C200K (w203) (2001 model) which i cannot understand the reason that causing it.
When i use my c200k with air condition and i drive the car, at the time i would like to make a stop and i press the clutch pedal in order to release the gear, the tachometer drops instantly from the idle point (900rpm) (where in normal circumstances must stop) and goes till 500 and back again in 900rpm (idle point).
The sound that makes the car when this happens is like a tremble (like when you try to stop the car with a gear in the box and you don't press the clutch pedal).
The above mentioned problem only happens once during the procedure of pressing the clutch to remove the gear when i want to stop. after that and even the air condition is still working the idle remain stable (a bit lower than 900rpm which is normal as the air condition consumes power). Though, When i start moving again and i want after a while to stop, same thing happens once again.
It worth noting that when the airconding is of, the problem do not exist at all and the idle point is totally stable. Further, the computer board do not pop up any engine problem.
It would be great if someone give me a hint and explain me the reason my car suffering from this misterious and weird problem.

I would start with cleaning the throttle body and resetting the throttle adaptations if you has DAS (not critical to do the reset).
If your car has the older style A/C compressor with a clutch then with the engine off try and turn the compressor by hand (center, not the pulley), if it's very difficult then it may be starting to seize with is giving the engine more load at idle than it's expecting which would cause the momentary drop in idle speed.

Sorry for the delay answering back again. Thanks for your information provided so far. I did try till now cleaning the throttle body into a specialist and he re-adapted the throttle but the problem still remains.
I am going now to check the A/C Compressor you refer to. In relation to what you describe, if finally it is found that the center of the compressor is rought to be turned by hand and starting to seize, this is something that can be easily fixed without taking out the compressor ? or it needs the compressor to be taken out of the car for a rebuild/replacement? (i am trying to evaluate the problem and the costs as you understand).
