Replacement Rear Seat Belts for W211

Replacement Rear Seat Belts for W211
I was very successful in receiving a fast response from my last post, so I figured I'd try again.

I have two rear seat belts (left and right) in my 2007 E350. It had an accident where the airbags deployed and the squibs fired in those belts.

Is there anywhere other than the dealer where I can get replacement seat belt tensioners? I fear the cost of the dealer as getting a second mortgage to replace two parts may well require a significant loan!

Thanks in advance for any advice you can share.
