tail light electrical short

I cant find my first thread, so here it is again, with update.
I keep blowing #1fuse (right tail, right front, dash lights). I found that removing the 58r connector from the light switch removes the short. My DVD maintenance disk no longer works, so tracing the wire is a major problem. Is anyone familiar with the 58r connection, (solid grey wire). I'm going to assume it goes to a relay. If the relay is electronic, it may be the problem. Where is it?
thanks
