Does my E320 have a jet engine?
Can anyone tell me why when I start my 1996 E320 it sounds like a jet engine is starting up and then after a minute the sound stops? It has always sounded like that but I was just wondering what makes the sound. Is there something like a small turbo fan that is trying to heat up the air by higher compression when the engine is cold?
