Mercedes C300 Ice Damages

Hello everyone. I parked my 2011 C300 to my boss's house driveway today when i was at work and when i came back to my car, my rear window was all crashed and my rear door had little dent on it. It was probably beacuse of the big ice cubes from snow and cold weather. I called the insurance and made a claim. I posted the pics on here and My question is, the dent on above the door would be very hard to fix since it is on above the door and How much would glass replacement and that dent would cost total ? My comprehension deductible is 500$ and do i still have a chance to change my dedictible on that ?

While I'm not a body man I don't think the roof/door dent is going to pop out. The dent repair guys do some great work but I think the position of this dent is going to preclude that type repair.
