m104 conversion on w126 - dear, oh dear

Hi everybody
I have a w126 300se with no good engine. Too long to explaing, but was forced to look for alternatives to the original. At the moment car physically has m104 945 engine from early w210 E280
Management : Bosch ecu 0 261 203 619 - no ability to control idle speed
VDO unit for idle speed control( cruise control as well). Throttle is oldschool cable unit. CarLabImmo's Julie immo emulator on the ecu.

I am at the next chapter of my 11 month saga.

Current situation: It starts, but only first time, when you shut it off and go to restart - it wont until you disconnect battery for a few seconds.(can sort it out with rely to ignition). Bigger problem - will ONLY idle - wont rev at all. Will idle day and night, but when throttle is pressed nothing changes at all!!! its NOT e-gas system either. it wont even spatter or change in sound. MAF works - tested. Tried Misha k-line HFM scanner - would not connect to the ECU, LED test shows these codes:

ECU
13-Oxygen Sensor System: Operating at Rich Limit, Mixture Too Lean/ Oxygen Sensor System: Operating at Lean Limit, Mixture Too Rich
35-AIR Pump Switchover Valve and/or AIR relay module: Open/Short Circuit Will put a resistance on it so it does not pop up.
36- Purge Control Valve: Open/Short Circuit/ Purge Control Valve: Short Circuit to Positive- Will put a resistance on it so it does not pop up.
37-Upshift Delay Switchover Valve: Open/Short Circuit - will sort this one as I think I forgot to ground the valve's other cable.
42-CAN Communication from ASR Control Module: Defective
CAN Communication from EA/CC/ISC Control Module or CC/ISC Control Module: Defective
CAN Communication from Diagnostive Module (OBD-II): Defective
- will have to live with that as my car has only CC/ISC fitted and nothing else ( reminder- its an engine conversion)
45- Fuel Safety Shut-Off of Electronic Accelerator or Cruise Control: Active - this thing puzzles me alot - Why?

Tested CC/ISC module:
3- CC/ISC Actuator
Throttle Valve Actual Value Potentiometer
Drive Actual Value Potentiometer
Safety Contact Switch
Closed Throttle Position Switch Recognition
Potentiometer Voltage Supply
Reset Not Accomplished (Actuator Adaptation) - no idea yet why this pops up.
11- Fuel Safety Shut-Off Signal to Engine Control Module

Any idea???

CC/ISC has been wired like his:
cruise/dle speed control C280

same as
HFM wirng

Only throttle valve/actuator assembly and ecu connection is wired
To ecu: CAN line + RPM signal+pin 4 on ecu and from memory 10 on ecu)

As per those schematics - checked actuator with a multimeter:

Motor and clutch are all ok.
Switches are funny- one closed throttle -its on, the other will switch on when the first one is off. Now these dont switch at zero resistance, but around 370ohms!!! Both of these. Took actuator out ( pig of a job) and removed its covers to inspect. Variable resistance (throttle position and actuator position) seems to be funny - from end to end roughly 2.0-2.2 kohm, but values on both will be in the limits of 0.6 -1.6kohm.

In detail Actuator test:
Few general pictures:

Now with some pointers:
closed throttle position switch

Switches are giving around 370 ohm resistance when ON due to having internal resistor like this:

Checked resistance on 4 different states:

state 1 - throttle backed down completely butterfly valve shut:

Pins 10-6 375 ohms
pins 10-8 n/c
pins 1-3 590 ohms
pins 1-14 1488 ohms
pins 2-3 1480 ohms
pins 2-14 641 ohms

state 2- butterfly completely shut, but throttle is half way -ish of its full movement and max of its free movement before it moves butterfly valve

Pins 10-6 375 ohms
pins 10-8 n/c
pins 1-3 1245 ohms
pins 1-14 1200 ohms

pins 2-3 1480 ohms
pins 2-14 641 ohms

state 3- full throttle - butterfly seems to be half way

Pins 10-6 n/c
pins 10-8 380
pins 1-3 1490 ohms
pins 1-14 577 ohms
pins 2-3 1200 ohms
pins 2-14 1200 ohms

stage 4 - butterfly valve is manually opened at full

Pins 10-6 n/c
pins 10-8 380
pins 1-3 1490 ohms
pins 1-14 577 ohms
pins 2-3 532 ohms
pins 2-14 1490 ohms

If anyone wants to use the photos above in their original high res. state - feel free without asking from this archive.

Any ideas will be much appreciated
