Star Diagnostic versus OBD2 code reader
I was perusing the schematics for my W210 for grins and giggles when I came upon this page. This one page shows why one should obtain a Star Diagnostic system rather than depending upon just an OBD2 code reader.

Agreed. While a Star Diagnostic system is pricier and more cumbersome than an OBDII reader, the versatility of a Star system provides so much more troubleshooting and testing capability that comparing the two is impossible. I have zero regrets in acquiring my Star system years ago.

Personally, sdconnect as preformed as expected and is meeting my expectation for working on my cars and the newest version support some new car models, it works very stable, and buy from uobd2.net Karen provide good customer service and good contact.
