C240 esp fault car stops while driving
Hi guys my 2000 c240 has just started stopping while driving comes up ESP fault on dash its done it 2 or three times now. Just pull over re start the car and off we go as normal?? Any suggestions??

Hi I have exactly the same issue with my 2001 C240. Just driving along and loses all power with ESP fault displayed, can creep along at about 3kph to pull over. Stopping and starting the car works and you can carry on as usual. Its been doing it for a while and now its stated stopping twice in a row, like you restart, drive 100 meters and it does it again. Been to the mechanic but they can't detect the problem unless the error is displayed, and when I restart the car it goes away.
